Andrea began his career in the early nineties as Manager in medium-sized companies in Northeast Italy. From 2000 to 2009, he served as CEO of Gruppo Tosoni, a multinational company based in Verona operating in the transportation and infrastructure sector. Following his passion for innovation and technology, he took on the role of CEO at Ramboll Italy, the local branch of one of the world’s leading engineering players in the infrastructure and energy markets.
Andrea continued his career in the industrial and technological field as CEO of Gruppo Goriziane, a Company specializing in the design and production of pipeline installation systems for onshore and offshore environments.
In 2015, he founded Mios Elettronica, a Company involved in the design and production of electronic systems for the railway sector, based in Verona and Montreal, Canada. He remained President until 2023, when the Company has become part of Agôn Electronics Group.
In 2017, Andrea has been appointed CEO of Remazel Engineering by the former major Shareholder, Alpha Private Equity.
Since 2022, Andrea is also part of the Mechatronic Companies Board of Confindustria Bergamo, with an active role in the design and development of new initiatives as the “Project Management professional education course” together with the “School of Higher Education” of the University of Bergamo.
Then, in line with his commitment to the “continuous improvement” and talent development, in 2022 he was appointed “Kaizen Guy” from the Kaizen Institute Italy.
In 2024, Andrea Rosa has been confirmed CEO of Remazel Engineering by Fincantieri.
