Claudio Cisilino is Executive Vice President at Fincantieri Group with responsibility over Operations, Procurement and Supply Chain, Information Technology, Innovation, Cybersecurity and Business Development since January 2023. He also serves as Chairman of the Board of directors of Remazel Engineering S.p.A., as well as board member in various subsidiaries of Fincantieri including VARD Group AS, Fincantieri Marine Group Holdings Inc and Fincantieri Ingenium, a joint venture between Fincantieri and Accenture.

He graduated in Management Engineering from the University of Udine in Italy in 2002.

After graduating he worked in the world leading consulting firm, The Boston Consulting Group. During this period, he attended specialization courses in Financial Accounting and Business Management at Babson College, Massachusetts, USA.

In 2007, he started his career in Fincantieri within the M&A and Business Development department and after two years he was appointed Head of economic plans and Financial Controlling and in 2011 was promoted as Group VP of Financial Planning and Controlling.

From 2016 to 2019, he served as member of the board of Vard Holdings Ltd, a company listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange. In 2017, he moved to the Merchant Ships Division of Fincantieri where he was first appointed as Senior Vice President Newbuilding Italy and in 2018 as SVP Management Director of the same Division.
